Service NSW has engaged pearshop to create various multimedia and design materials for the new customer focused Government brand. The animation included within this case study is displayed at all Service NSW branches throughout New South Wales and was originally developed to explain to the public and other stakeholders what Service NSW was and how it would develop to become the ‘one stop shop’ for individuals and business to transact with the New South Wales Government.
